For 26 years, my deepest passions have centered around the process of watching something or someone grow, build, and mature. The process! It’s what I love. Great things take time, planning, and execution. That’s why I like to build things in my shop, why I like to shepherd people in my church, and why I like to coach people in various aspects of life. I derive immense satisfaction from assisting individuals in crafting a roadmap from point A to point B, and then witnessing their diligent execution of that plan to achieve their desired outcomes. Whether it’s about goal-setting, defensive strategies, or offensive maneuvers, these principles extend beyond any basketball court (a sport I hold dear) and apply to every facet of life.
